How do I keep my flowers as fresh as possible?

  • Bring in flowers into your home as quickly as possible keeping them out of the heat and wind elements.

  • Use flower food provided and place your arrangement in a fresh and clean vase. This will help properly nourish your flowers and keep bacteria at bay.

  • Change the water daily

  • Every few days re-cut the stems. Remove 3/4” from the bottom and cut at an angle to allow the flower the best chance to take up water.

  • Most flowers prefer temperatures between 65 to 72 degrees and are best displayed away from direct sunlight.

  • Avoid placing flowers beside ripening fruit or vegetables.

  • Remove any wilted blooms and leaves as they occur to keep the remaining blooms fresher and longer lasting.
