In order to avoid confusion and to clarify the rights and obligations between Roots Ranch Farm (“Roots Ranch” or “we” or “us”) and its online shop customers and website visitors (“you”), we require that all purchasers and visitors read and agree to these terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use”). Payment for Online Orders

All online sales must be made by credit card or Apple Pay. Roots Ranch accepts all major credit cards. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards.

Once an order is submitted, Roots Ranch cannot change, modify or combine an order or change a method of payment.

Returns

Due to their custom nature, all of our products are non-refundable. If your product has been damaged in transit or if you are simply not satisfied with the quality of the product for any reason, please contact us.

Jewelry has a 3 month warranty for repairs or resizing.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from the through the Roots Ranch Farm website can be redeemed online only in the “Gift card or discount code” field at checkout. They cannot be redeemed in person or at our Member’s Market.

Service

Roots Ranch Farm does not accept orders via mail or telephone. We only accept orders via our Online Store.

Roots Ranch Farm reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time.
